Plan of Action

Part One:

I work for the company on a one year contract as Creative Director. While under contract I establish the workflow and presentation of the brand based on the vision of the founders/CEOs.

Part Two:

As Creative Director I will establish a brand deal with my social media brand.

I will develop a signature collaboration line under B & B with the goal of converting a percentage of my existing customer base to B & B.

I will create social media content documenting the process of creating the brand collaboration. This will get people personally invested in the brand as they follow my ups and downs on a weekly basis.

Keys to Success:

  • Setting the quality standard from day one.

  • Slick, clean presentation.

  • Everything is customized, if we use stock imagery we tailor it to fit the brand aesthetic.

  • Maximizing our use of assets and available resources.

  • Quality over quantity always. Limited releases on non standard logo items.

The Result:

We establish a foundation to build upon.

Hopefully, the signature line is successful although the primary goal is brand awareness in the first year.

After the contract expires we have the option to negotiate a longer-term deal.

Either way, my job is to make sure that all systems are in place.
